Garage-rock trio BERRIES have dropped their new single, ‘Spiral’. It’s a punky track that places twisting, complex guitar riffs directly beneath a simultaneously gritty and catchy lead vocal. It fills the space between a riotous singalong and a groovy punk-metal track. They explain that their new single “is about how easily we share insignificant details about ourselves but struggle to open up about serious matters through fear of seeming weak or vulnerable. And how what we do share with people is often for the satisfaction and approval of others and not for ourselves.” The band are playing some shows in December with Skinny Lister and will be heading out on tour in March of 2023.
